Andjela Sibinovic

Andjela Sibinovic was born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1996 and received violin and viola lessons at the music school. She has played many concerts as a soloist, but also in chamber music ensembles and orchestras in the large halls in Serbia. In summer 2009 and 2010 she took part in the "Musika mundi" chamber music master class in Belgium, with tutors Maxim Vengerov, Ivry Gitlis, Jan Vanderwegen ... Summer 2012 she graduated from music schools "Mokranjac" (violin with Prof. Viktor Bajler) and, "" Dr. Vojislav Vučković ”(viola with Prof. Jovan Stojanovic). Since 2012 she has been studying at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with Prof. Wolfgang Klos.

At the age of 9 she was awarded the laureate of the "Competition of the Republic of Serbia". She has won numerous international competitions in Serbia, Italy and Romania.

Andjela Sibinovic has played in various line-ups in the best-known halls in Austria (Wiener Musikverein, MuTh, Wiener Konzerthaus, Brucknerhaus Linz, Musikverein Graz ...).

In the 2017 summer semester she had a unique opportunity to study as a scholarship holder at the Shanghai Conservatory for Music in the class of Prof. Jensen Lams.
