Harald Ossberger

"I joined the ensemble in 1974 and I am certainly one of the oldest still active members. Looking back, I can say that working in ensemble xx. century in many respects: the windows to new horizons of artistic thinking, the need to learn seriously, the encounter with people, some of whom have made new artistic partnerships possible, the artistic ethos by which the ensemble is held and carried forward , the serious and critical examination of the present and the renunciation of cheap zeitgeisty - and last but not least the artistic, intellectual and human closeness to the founder and director of the ensemble, Peter Burwik, have made a significant contribution to finding my artistic self-image."
