Since 2012 she has been Senior Lecturer for Chamber Music at the Joseph Haydn Institute for Chamber Music and Special Ensembles at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
Petra plays as a freelance clarinetist in a wide variety of ensembles and as a soloist, not only dealing with the classical repertoire, but also with experimental, contemporary and improvised music.
